Frequently Asked Questions

Registration

How do I create an account?

Open Register, enter your name, email, a password with at least eight characters including a letter and a number, and your date of birth as day, month, and year. State that you are in Alberta and accept the terms. The account is a record on this desk. It is not a wagering account, and no confirmation email is sent.

What is the minimum age?

21 on this desk. Alberta’s general minimum for gambling is 18, and an operator may set a higher age. The brief for this site uses 21, the age named for the Horseshoe reference. The age gate is a cookie, not an identity check.

Who can register?

A person who is at least 21 and who states they are physically in Alberta. People who answer the age gate with “under 21” cannot open the form on that browser.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. One email, one account. An email already used by a closed, paused, or self-excluded account cannot be registered again.

Verification

Why is identity verification required?

Registered operators in Alberta check identity before real-money play, to confirm age and to meet AGLC standards. Alberta Desk does not run that check and does not require a document, because it does not offer real-money play.

Which documents are accepted?

None on this website. Do not send a scan. A registered operator you use elsewhere will name its own documents in its own terms.

How is my location verified?

It is not. Registration asks you to state that you are in Alberta. An operator offering real-money play may check an IP address, device geolocation, Wi-Fi, and mobile location services. This desk does none of that.

Payments

Which payment methods are available?

None on this website. The payment list names Interac, Visa, Mastercard, online banking, bank transfer, and debit as methods used in the Canadian market. It does not mean this desk accepts them, and it does not mean every Alberta operator accepts each one.

How do I make a deposit?

You don’t, not here. There is no cashier and no card field. A deposit record in the account is a number you store. It does not move money.

How can I request a withdrawal?

There is no balance, so there is no withdrawal to request. Funds you hold with a registered operator are withdrawn under that operator’s rules.

How long do withdrawals take?

This desk does not quote a time, because it pays nothing. An operator’s own terms are the place for their processing time. A figure copied from somewhere else would be a guess.

Games

Which casino games are available?

None are launched here. The categories are online slots, live casino, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, jackpot games, and video poker. A few widely published titles are named as examples, with the studio that publishes them.

Can I play on mobile devices?

You can read every page on a phone. You cannot play a game, because no game is offered. A registered operator’s own site is where mobile play would happen, if they offer it.

Are live dealer games available?

They are described, not streamed. Live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, and the live-dealer category each have a page. Nothing connects to a studio.

Are demo games available?

No. There is no practice mode and no play button. Details opens the studio’s published return and the jackpot line. Nothing launches.

Responsible Gambling

How can I set deposit limits?

Log in, open Limits, and enter a whole number of Canadian dollars per day. The first record, or a lower one, applies immediately. A higher number, or a blank field that clears the record, waits 24 hours. The number does not block a payment, because no payment is taken.

How can I take a break?

In the account, choose 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. You are logged out until that time. The break cannot be ended early.

How can I request self-exclusion?

On this desk, open Self-exclusion and choose 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or no end date. Login stops and the period cannot be shortened here. That record does not enrol you in Alberta’s program. For the provincial list, use selfexclusion.ca yourself.

Support

How can I contact customer support?

Use the contact form or email support at this host. You get a reference number on the screen. The desk aims to reply within 14 days. That period is a rule of this website. No email receipt is sent. Support hours are not published.

What should I do if I experience technical issues?

Send the contact form with the subject Technical Support and include the page address and what you saw. If the trouble is with a registered operator’s game or cashier, contact that operator. This desk cannot see their system.
