Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of Alberta Desk on the host that served this page. They are the rules of this website. They are not a set of United States casino rules reused for Alberta.
Introduction
By creating an account, or by sending a message, you agree to these terms. If you only read the public pages, the age gate and the cookie choice still apply on this browser.
Definitions
“Desk” means this website. “Account” means the local record: name, email, date of birth, limits, break, exclusion, and messages. “Operator” means the publisher named under Operator Information. The account on this host is not a wagering account. “Stake” means money risked on a game. The desk takes no stake. “You” means the adult using the site.
Operator Information
The legal name of the publisher is American Wagering, Inc. The registered office is Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The mailing address is One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109, United States. The support address is not verified. Email is support@lberta1.slonik.store. A registration number for this host is not verified.
American Wagering, Inc., part of Caesars Entertainment, Inc., is the operator named for this host: AGLC class iGaming – Operator, expiry July 13, 2027, domains Caesars.com, CaesarsPalaceOnline.com, Horseshoeonlinecasino.com. The street address is the published address of the parent company. The AGLC record places the operator in Las Vegas, Nevada, and does not print a street. This host does not take a stake.
Alberta Jurisdiction
These terms are read under the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta. The desk is about the Alberta market. It is not offered as a service under a Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia licence.
Eligibility
The public pages that explain rules and help are readable without an account. An account is for a person who states they are in Alberta and who is at least 21.
Minimum Age
Alberta’s general minimum for gambling is 18. This desk requires 21. The age gate stores your answer on this browser for 365 days. It does not prove your age. If you are under 21, do not register.
Account Registration
You register with a name, an email, a password of at least eight characters including a letter and a number, and a date of birth. One person, one account. You are responsible for the password. The desk does not send a confirmation email. An account that is closed, on a break, or self-excluded cannot be used to open a second one on the same email.
Identity Verification
The desk does not verify identity. It will not ask you to upload a document through this site. A registered operator you use elsewhere may do so under its own terms. The contact form does not accept files, so a scan cannot be lodged here.
Geolocation Requirements
Real-money play with an Alberta operator requires you to be in Alberta. Their check may use an IP address, device geolocation, Wi-Fi, and mobile location services. This desk does not run that check. Your checkbox is a statement, and a false statement is your responsibility. The account can be closed if it was opened on a false statement.
Deposits
The desk accepts no deposit. There is no cashier, no Interac request, and no card charge. A deposit record in the account is a number you store. It does not move money. Currency, where an operator does take a deposit, is Canadian dollars. Any minimum or fee belongs to that operator. None is stated here.
Withdrawals
There is no balance, so there is no withdrawal, no payout time, and no fee. If you have funds with a registered operator, their terms govern the return of that money. A complaint about those funds is not a complaint this desk can pay.
Casino Games
Names and providers on the category pages are published examples. They are not a catalogue you can play. A return-to-player figure is the studio’s published number, and a jackpot line is the published restart floor or the fact that there is no pool. Neither is a payout from this host, and neither is a promise of a result. “Play” is not offered. “Details” opens that explanation.
Promotions
The only published offer is the welcome match: 100% of the first deposit, up to C$500, minimum deposit C$20, wagering 35 times the bonus, 14 days, maximum stake C$5 while it is open. Slots count in full. Table games, live games, and video poker count 10%. One account, one claim, 21 or older and in Alberta. A bonus from another brand is not this offer.
Responsible Gambling
You can set deposit, loss, and time records, take a break, or self-exclude, as the responsible gambling page describes. Gambling is entertainment with a cost, not income. The desk will not describe a win as guaranteed.
Self-Exclusion
A self-exclusion you store here blocks this account for the period, or without an end date, and cannot be shortened from the account. It does not enrol you at selfexclusion.ca. If you want the provincial program, you use that site yourself.
Account Restrictions
After 5 wrong passwords, login waits 15 minutes. That is a rule of this website. A break refuses login until it ends. Closing the account refuses login and leaves the row. The desk may refuse a message that is abusive or that tries to use the form as a wagering channel.
Anti-Money Laundering
AiGC handles anti-money-laundering duties for registered operators, including reporting that belongs with FINTRAC. This desk does not accept funds, does not run transaction monitoring, and does not file a report. The contact form is not a way to report a suspicion to the regulator. This section does not list thresholds or red flags.
Fraud Prevention
Do not open an account in someone else’s name. Do not send another person’s payment details. There is nowhere to put them, and a message that tries to will be stored only as correspondence. The desk may close an account that was opened with a false date of birth.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as the privacy policy says. The policy is part of these terms where it describes what is collected and how long it is kept.
Liability
The pages are information. They can be wrong about a third party’s hours or a registry fact that has changed. Check AGLC and AiGC before you rely on a registration. The desk is not liable for a stake you place with an operator, for a decision that operator makes, or for a loss of profit. Nothing on the site excludes liability that Alberta law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for a fraudulent statement.
Intellectual Property
The text of this desk is published for reading on this host. Game names and provider names belong to their owners and are used here to identify published works. Logos of AGLC, GameSense, the Responsible Gambling Council, 211, Interac, Visa, and Mastercard are their marks, shown to identify those organizations. They are not a badge of approval, a claim that a card is accepted, or a licence to reuse the mark elsewhere. Horseshoe and Caesars marks are not used as the mark of this site.
Dispute Resolution
Write through the contact form. You receive a reference number on the screen. This desk aims to reply within 14 days. That period is a rule of this website. If the message is incomplete, you have one chance to add what is missing, within 14 days of being asked. You may appeal the reply once, within 14 days. A further step is a claim in the Alberta courts, or a complaint to AGLC if the subject is a registered operator rather than this desk. Personal-information complaints can go to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta. The desk does not offer a private arbitrator.
Applicable Law
Alberta, Canada. Courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over a dispute about these terms.
Changes to Terms
A material change is posted at least 14 days before it applies. That notice is a rule of this website. An exclusion or a limit already stored keeps the timing rule that applied when you set it. There is no accepted wager to preserve, because the desk accepts none.
